Directors

When a business faces financial difficulties its directors need someone who they can trust to provide effective and independent advice.

We are experienced in providing directors with assistance and advice in turning the business around or where necessary support and assistance in finalising the company's affairs. We have access to an extensive range of solutions to such problems.

We also specialise in providing advice to directors of businesses that are already in an insolvency procedure. This may include assistance in the preparation of the statement of affairs or may be assistance in formulating an offer for the business from the Insolvency Practitioner in control of the business.

We also provide a post-CVA service whereby independent advice regarding the arrangement can be provided without the concerns that the Supervisor may notify the company's creditors or funders. We can also assist in negotiations and discussions with interested parties such as suppliers and employee who may not fully understand the benefits and implications of being in a CVA.

At Totality we recognise that sometimes directors just want the peace and mind that the business's affairs are being dealt with and the hassle from creditors removed. We can contact and liaise with the company's creditors and employees direct.
